caremesh-mcp: a self-hosted MCP server (spec 2025-11-25, Streamable HTTP) for caretaking coordination.

This isn't a web page. It's an API for MCP clients (Alexa+, MCP Inspector, etc.).

Connect via Streamable HTTP: POST /mcp (requires Authorization: Bearer <token>)
Health check: GET /healthz
